Isle-of-Man-headquartered fund distribution specialist, AVI Fund Solutions, has appointed Emily Jenkins as business development manager to join its London office to support international and UK sales.
Jenkins joins from EFG Private Bank where she held the position of client relationship assistant manager within the banking division, working alongside the client relationship officer. This role covered all aspects of the private banking relationship; investment planning and implementation, foreign exchange administration, processing of purchases and sales of securities and bank transfers and payments. She acted as the first point of interaction for clients and offshore subsidiaries.
Speaking of her appointment, Jenkins said: ?The role at AVI Fund Solutions attracted me because of the success the business has had to date and its ambitious growth plans. Only a few years since the business launched, it has a truly international footprint and I look forward to working with clients across the globe. My focus next year will be to establish a strong client base in the UK too.?
Speaking of his latest hire, managing director, Stewart Quayle, said: ?At AVI we are always on the look out to develop talent that matches our high-service culture and will help to grow our business.
?With clients in more than 20 countries, we cover a wide range of investment options across asset classes. This appointment comes on the back an exceptionally busy time including the launch of the Synthesis (A+) one-year bond listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange that closes on 28th October.?
AVI was established in 2014 to provide financial services solutions to independent financial advisers, wealth managers, private banks and family offices. Its range of products are selected on performance, strategy, diversification, asset security and consistent returns.
